Central location in a quiet rural area. Spacious hotel unit with an extra shower.

The hotel had a beautiful country house ambiance with lovely grounds and a pond. The rooms had an old-world charm and were comfortable. The hotel provided facilities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, and croquet, making it ideal for outdoor activities. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the bacon and sausages were delicious. The hotel also offered a complimentary newspaper delivered to our room in the morning.
The hotel could use some updating and TLC on the inside. The rooms had too much furniture, making it difficult to navigate, especially at night.

A warm welcome, and excellent cuisine. I stayed on a midweek special tariff which was fantastic value for money. Oh, and the black pudding is to die for!

This lovely hotel nestled in well-tendered gardens in a quiet rural area offers a tranquil and picturesque setting for a getaway. The location is simply idyllic, with a pretty pond in the front adding to its charm. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the friendly and helpful staff to the basic amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was the beautifully spacious bedroom, complete with a very comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep.
All was wonderful, nothing to improve upon.

The pleasant and brilliant location for the price, not far from the Cotswolds, a lovely rose garden and most areas.

Excellent welcome and first class food for dinner. Breakfast very good too. Room large and comfortable. Swimming pool outside but covered, not inside as mentioned; but still warm in late September.

Overall it was extremely spacious and elegant with bathroom. Everything here was good. The location of the hotel was central, close enough to the grounds of the house, the both the bistro, and Tewkesbury.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend break at this charming hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lovely traditional decor. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food - it was incredible! The dinner menu had a great variety of dishes, all beautifully presented and delicious. The breakfast was also outstanding, with homemade sausages, jams, and marmalades.
Although our overall stay was wonderful, there were a few minor issues. we noticed that some parts of the hotel, including the decor and furnishings, appeared a bit tired and outdated.

The hotel had all the attributes of a quality hotel that still believed in old fashion virtues that most now seem to forget.
